We offer our clients ongoing professional support, guidance and advice with regard to:

Our support is bespoke to your needs. We are readily availible when you need us. Our advice is practical and relevant. Our service is reassuring and reliable.
Competent person / adviser to your company: we act as nominated Competent Person / Adviser to our clients and provide advice which is in accordance with all regulatory requirements and formal standards, whether in regard to health and safety, fire safety or food safety.
Free professional advice to clients: we provide free response to email / phone enquiries from our clients, whether in regard to health and safety, fire safety or food safety.
Our professional code of ethics: we work to a professional code of ethics set down by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). We carry extensive professional indemnity insurance. You can rely on us to give you the right advice.
Information updates: we send out regular e-mail updates with regard to current and topical issues of importance, concerning health and safety, fire safety and food safety.
Intermediary services: we act as intermediary between you and any enforcing authority or other body or agency with regard to any matters of contention or challenge that may arise.
Emergency response to accidents or incidents: we devote immediate priority to accidents or incidents, by attending the scene as soon as possible and assisting with investigations, witness interviews, RIDDOR reports, etc. We provide ongoing support where litigation is instigated by injured parties and/or enforcing authorities.
Certificates of retention: we provide you with a certificate of retention as evidence that you rely upon us for professional support and advice.
Cost of our service contract agreement: there is a nominal / very small charge for our professional support to clients, which is absorbed into the cost of our annual review of health and safety.
Much of the service support is free to clients wishing to retain our professional services.
