We offer our clients ongoing professional support, guidance and advice with regard to:
Health and safety
Fire safety
Food safety
Our annual service contracts provide support and reassurance throughout the year. These are renewable from 1st September and extend to 31 August the following year.
Our annual service charges remain largely unchanged from previous years, but now include a few additional categories to cover a wider scope of need.
Details of our annual charges are as follows:
Small guest houses and B&Bs (fire safety only): £35 + vat
Less than 5 employees (low-risk premises): £45 + vat
Up to 10 employees: £85 + vat
11 to 20 employees: £135 + vat
21 to 40 employees: £175 + vat
Over 40 employees: £200 + vat
Our services include:
Competent person
We act as your nominated Competent Person in accordance with the legal requirements of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
Professional advice
We provide you with professional advice that is in accordance with relevant regulations, approved codes of practice (ACOP) and health & safety guidance (HSG).
Information updates
We send out regular e-mail updates with regard to current and topical issues of importance to you, concerning health and safety, fire safety and food safety.
Intermediary services
We act as intermediary between you and any enforcing authority or other body or agency with regard to any matters of contention or challenge that may arise.
Response to your queries
We respond to your e-mail / phone queries free of charge and will endeavour to clarify any points or issues by way of informal discussion or brief written / e-mail response as appropriate.
Emergency response to accidents or incidents
We devote immediate priority to accidents or incidents, by attending the scene as soon as possible and assisting with investigations, statutory formalities, etc. We provide ongoing support with regard to RIDDOR duties, etc.
Certificate/s of retention
We provide you with a certificate of retention as evidence that you rely upon professional support and advice.
Extent of service
Should any matters arise that necessitate significant input or site attendance or investigation, we would discuss and agree any related charges with you before proceeding.
