These standards enable primary producers, processors and manufacturers to achieve accredited certification for their products. 
 
Industry accreditation is evidence of high standards of operational food hygiene and product safety.  This has tremendous commercial value for businesses who supply food products to other companies. 
 
Safety Cornwall Ltd will assist local food businesses to achieve and maintain certification under relevant industry schemes.

Safety Cornwall Ltd is currently assisting companies to upgrade their food safety management systems and procedures to BRC Global Standard - Issue 6.
 
 
Local authority approval for certain food producers
 
Safety Cornwall Ltd assists food producers to achieve and maintain formal approval from local food authorities (EHOs) in regard to certain prescribed products.
 
We develop HACCP Systems and other necessary documentation which are prerequisites to the formal approval procedure.
