Health and Safety: we remain the leading provider of health and safety advice within Cornwall. We have a dedicated and very experienced team of professional advisers who work with many companies and businesses throughout the county, supporting their needs and enabling regulatory compliance in all areas.

We provide specialist support with regard to construction health and safety (CDM), working with designers,architects, contractors and clients. We act as CDM Co-ordinator for many building construction projects.

Safety Cornwall acts as the nominated competent health and safety adviser for clients wishing to participate in our service contract arrangements (see our separate web page for more details). We work closely with the HSE Inspectors and local council enforcement officers on behalf of our clients.

Fire Safety: We have a very experienced and well qualified team of fire safety advisers who undertake fire risk assessments, develop emergency action plans and evacuation procedures, as well as delivering a range of fire safety training. We work closely with the Cornwall Fire Brigade.

Food Safety: our team of dedicated food safety advisers provide support and advice to all sectors of the local food industry, including production, processing, manufacturing, distribution, retail and catering sectors.

Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) is now the accepted standard for food safety management systems within the retail and catering sectors. We are working closely with local council food inspectors to develop this programme and also prepere for the council's commitment to Scores on the Doors.

BRC Accreditation: we assist local food manufacturing and processing industries to achieve and maintain this standard. We have an excellent record of success on behalf of our clients.
